Responsibilities
Planning, design and construction administration of the city's Capital Improvement Program Projects inclusive of public buildings, public parks, infrastructure, fire and police facilities.  Accomplishments in 2015 include completion of City Hall Renovations, Fairway Park Lighting Improvements, Entry Road Modification at Miramar Regional Park, Pembroke Road Buffer Wall at Harbour Lake Estates and Vizcaya Park Phase III.

Capital Improvement Program
During the past 12 years, the City has embarked on a Capital Improvement Program (CIP) that entailed rebuilding streets, upgrading water and sewer infrastructure, and building new city facilities.
 
In August 2013, the City Commission approved the $60 Million Revenue Bond to finance a series of new projects that will improve the quality of life for the citizens of Miramar.
