Through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Home Investment Partnership (HOME), State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) and the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) the City of Miramar offers the following Housing Programs:

  • Minor Home Rehabilitation
  • Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) Purchase Assistance and Home Rehabilitation (foreclosed properties only)
