Customer Service 

It is our primary goal and objective to provide Miramar residents with excellent customer service.

Our Customer Service Call Center hours are Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., hours are for call center only. Lobby hours are Monday to Thursday 7a.m. to 6 p.m. The lobby at City Hall is closed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

We provide 24-hour emergency and customer service assistance to all Miramar residents.

Please note, billing and payment inquiries with a customer service representative is not accessible after-hours. To check your balance on your water bill or make a payment,
check online or call our automated system 954-602-4357 and select the automated payment option.
